407 S Grant St.: there is a serious and dangerous condition along Grant St. between Smith and 2nd streets. You crews have left 3ft trenches along a poured sidewalk. I've personally seen 3 cars fall into these trenches and receive damage. Your signage is insufficient. Please remedy this situation now or residents being hampered by this nuisance will be forced to take legal action against the city. This report will serve as notice that you are aware of the hazard you have created by failing to fix the road in a timely manner.

The alley between 423 and 425 S grant st needs some attention. There are pot holes and many bad areas. We have repaved our lots already.

some tree limbs-already called city and described length/width only about 5' long 1.5inch wide but as 2 attached limbs they take space. some vegetation. let me know day of pick up so I don't pull from yard to early please

street light @ corner of E Hunter and S Woodlawn is broken. turns on and off, flickering, dim when on; intervals of about 2 min. unsafe and annoying.
