Lights on both sides of the street at 6th and Washington (in front of the smith house entrance at 125 N Washington) are out. Very dangerous when coming back from late classes or being out.
One of the houses near us pumps their water on to the street as well as Alice street, creating ice and slush. At least five cars have gotten stuck on the street in the past two days.
There need to be more signs in the direction opposite one-way traffic that indicate "Wrong Way" or "No entry" for streets perpendicular to 6th Street. Too many people have been driving the wrong way down 6th Street and it is really dangerous. If a person is unfamiliar with the area, there is limited signage that indicates they are driving the wrong way down 6th until they come in contact with another car.
There are numerous close calls and way too many accidents at this intersection because cars on Grant aren't aware that cross-traffic on 9th doesn't stop. There was an accident this afternoon and luckily everyone was fine, but I believe it could have been avoided if the city put up a little "Cross Traffic Does Not Stop" sign below the stop signs on Grant. City tree branch fell on property of 403 E. Sixth Street, damaged gutter. Branch needs removal.
