Traffic Suggestions

I use the Walnut St and Fairfax Rd intersection about 10 time a week, going to and from work.
Coming from Fairfax Rd turning left on to Walnut (to get to 37) is challenging, inefficient and dangerous. There is a designated left turn lane, but no left turn green light. Frequently only one car is able to turn left during a green light, causing several cars behind also turning left (after the light has changed) to rush through on turning left to get through intersection. Coming from the opposite direction, there is no left turn lane and to my knowledge no other designated lane, but the lane is wide enough for cars that are going straight to pass (on the right) the vehicles stuck waiting to turn left. Thus potentially causing an accident in the intersection. Left turning cars onto Walnut St don't see the 2nd car across passing the car in front of them waiting to turn left on to Walnut St.
My suggestion would be to clearly mark lanes on each side of the intersection and put up a traffic light that includes green left turn signals for the Fairfax Rd and Walnut Street intersection.
Thank you for your time.

Hi,
Please clean the bike lane from College Ave
and the bypass heading south. Also, 446 shoulders from 3rd St
all the way south to Highway 50 could use some
clean up. And Fairfax rd shoulders need some work as well.
Thank you,
Joan Ellis

The railroad crossing on Fountain Drive (by JB's Salvage) has been rough for over 2 months! I'm not sure whose responsibility it is to patch the road around the timbers and rails, but it is very hard to navigate. In some places it really feels like the bottom of your car has hit a rail while attempting to cross. You almost have to come to a complete stop to navigate! Please fix this dangerous railroad crossing asap! I travel this road daily. Thank you!
Also, where they are building a new structure on Fountain and 11th street. There's a big portion of the road on Fountain cut out and nothing is over the top, no signs or anything. Yesterday there was those metal sheets over the top of the street.

On E Second Street: part of a previous utility cut has not been filled up, so it is a hole. It is on the north side of E Second between the Presbyterian church parking lot and Arbutus.

There are a bunch of potholes in this area. Greenbriar Lane has a small grassy median between High Street and Locust. At the west end of this median on the north side of Greenbriar where it meets Locust there is rough pavement and a pothole. Continuing northwest there is a small traffic island between Locust and Wilton with potholes around it and a bunch of gravel on the sidewalk. The potholes need to be filled and the gravel cleaned up.
