uReport Case #191762 Hi, I submitted a ticket. The crew have cleaned up all the debris in my cul-de-sac but did not pick up my pile - will they be coming back? I have a small pile (n.b. we had a lot of storm damage - fir tree on the roof and we already paid for most of this to be picked up). I would be grateful if the city could pick up the remaining small pile on our curbside. Thanks.

I submitted a request for the removal of branches, etc. after the storm. Those in charge of collecting stuff showed up and took about 80% of the pile in front of my residence but left the rest. There seems nothing special or different about what they left behind and they used a big machine for picking things up. Also, strangely, the didn't collect a pile of branches twenty feet away that are in front of my neighbors' house and a small pile two houses away. I'm not sure how this all makes sense. We dragged stuff out there when we heard the city would be picking storm debris up. Now do we have to drag it back or dispose of it ourselves? That makes no sense.
