My name is Harris Bell, and I was wondering how to get the water utilities back in my name via your website for 1709 East Atwater. We had subletters move out of our place and need to make sure to maintain the property. When you get the chance I would love to get your help to restore payments for the house.

When the Utilities website was reworked why did they do away with me being able to see ALL of my houses bills on ONE page instead of having to log in to each one seperately?
This is Very time consuming and I thought that it was suposed to make EASIER to use>

I have been trying to send my payment online for several days and it always says I must input my full name when I have already done so. Then I can go no further.

No water. Need water turned on at residence as requested last week.

got my water bill and it says we did not use any water for 37 days. I believe this is a mistake because we have been home.

My water utility bill seems to have an extreme issue and this is quite urgent. I was charged $525.70 for the month of February for my water bill which is basically impossible to do and especially with little to no change in our water usage from month-to-month. This is more than a 1,000% increase in charges from last month. I want this to be looked at as soon as possible and closely please!

My home owner association asked me to request replacement of the water valve covers as seen in the attached document. The 3' diameter one does not fit it's nest and the 8 '' one is missing.
