Drumming by affiliates of the record store on the sidewalk. I think this is a noise ordinance violation. Someone from the city needs to tell these guys they can't do this. Is this HAND or CFRD? I don't know. It sure would be good if the city could set up uReport so the first step is not to try to figure out the category of your complaint, and then when you discover there doesn't seem to be a category of complaint, you just have to resort o using whatever category and hope for the best. This uReport system has a very very bad user interface. The worst. But right now my problem is the drummer outside my window who is making so I can't sleep. Please, for the love of all that is holy, make them stop. I also tried calling the noise enforcement number a few weeks ago. But that didn't stop it. Why is this so hard? To conclude, the drumming is loud and bad and keeping me awake. I'm losing my mind.

There is something wrong with the map on the uReport website. When someone clicks on a portion of some addresses, a different address is displayed. Attached screenshot illustrates the miscall. Several recent complaints have been made about "505 E. 11th", but this location is an unbuilt and uninhabited field. It is assumed that the complaints were meant for "305 E. 11th" (marked as "Hoosier Rentals", but the HCI fills in "505" rather than "305" depending on where exactly the cursor is. Cases #198983, #198974, #199101, and #199103 all fall under this category.
