Hello, I am a Junior at IU Bloomington and I am doing a research project for my education class about "How Graffiti Affects Bloomington". Graffiti is located on the East side of the wall in the alley (multiple places) and a new offensive marking on the NE corner of the brick wall. The last time I reported it, nothing was removed.
