Absentee owner of property to east of 1208 W. 8th St. seems to have abandoned yard again. Grass is over 2 feet tall, thick dirt from construction is all over the sidewalk, and my landlord and I have been cutting back the bushes/part of the lawn so that they don't completely block the sidewalk. I can barely get my son's stroller through and the mud is extremely slippery after a hard rain. Our yard also has a major chigger infestation from the owner only mowing his lawn two or three times a year in previous years so that I can't even take my toddler outside to play without us both suffering from dozens of bites. Please help!

Hello, I contacted earlier this week because many people in the West Point neighborhood (Woodhill and S. Larkspur) did not shovel their abutting sidewalks. Well, again, 24 hours after this second snowfall many people have not shoveled. Now the snow is very high in this neighborhood. Please help get people to shovel here. Snow still on sidewalks. Others also in West Pointe neighborhood. Not the first time, people get lazy and sidewalks turn to ice :(

For last three weeks, a lot of trash & glass has been thrown in rain channel running along sidewalk in fron of the house on corner of N Dunn & 20th, blue siding. We are just down from it & with rain coming some is going to be washed down, not sure about all the glass. Tried to inform rental agency, no reply.

This house had a tree blow over in a storm last week. The tree that blew over is blocking the public city sidewalk forcing me to walk in the street. Regardless of who does or does not own this property, this needs to be addressed as it is not only unsafe, but it also makes our neighborhood look bad.

There is a rolling chair overturned and shoved up on the sidewalk at this property. It has been there for 3 days and no one has claimed it.
