I believe the actual address is 300-308 Jefferson Street. A perfect example of how progress ruins a neighborhood. The lack of property management control and improper zoning along with immature and uncooperative tenants is already an eyesore and poster child for stopping further development of this ilk in Green Acres. Trash in yard, bins left by the street more than 24 hr after pickup, burn mark from open fire (previously reported and remedied). I didn't get a picture of the offensive banner displayed from an upper story window, but I will, should it reappear. Please take the appropriate action to the fullest extent possible.

In front of Kroger in w 3rd street, there is a tree that has broken and is hanging into other trees but it is right above a bench, just worried that someone would sit on bench and tree would fall and injure someone

To the City Council,
I am writing as a resident and concerned neighbor regarding the property at 2212 S Belhaven Court. Since Friday, August 29, the owners pulled all their belongings out of the garage and left them sitting on the driveway and even out onto the public sidewalk. Among the items are an old water heater and a refrigerator, left sitting there unsecured, along with various other household clutter.
It has now been several days, and nothing has been done. The sidewalk is blocked, and frankly, it looks terrible for the neighborhood. Years ago, folks in Sycamore Knolls had the pride and courtesy to keep their property in order and not let things spill out into public space. It’s disheartening to see that kind of respect for neighbors and community slipping away.
I urge the city to look into this matter and see that these items are removed promptly. The sooner the better, for the safety of children walking by, and for the good of the community as a whole.
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,
A concerned neighbor

There is a large poke weed growing next to an electrical box. Poke weed is poisonous and toxic to humans and animals. The danger of it growing next to an electrical box makes it hard to remove. The neighborhood could benefit from the plant being entirely removed and now growing again.
