Tenants from 611 N Washington St bring their trash to this property, trash has been here for a while and stinks.
Trash still outside of property
The location is a lot in St. James Woods, which has been purchased but has no home construction on it. The lot is now filling up with very tall grasses/weeds. The neighborhood concern has to do with broader weed dispersion into adjoining lots/landscaping; as well as the potential to attract unwanted wildlife (e.g., rats, skunks, possums, etc.) which can easily travel to neighboring lots.
Their lawn along Allen is 2 feet tall
Unkempt lawns at 114 and 400 E First
Ten days ago someone discarded two couches in the 300 block of S. Dunn St. on property maintained by the City of Bloomington. This is right by the off ramp from Atwater to S. Dunn St. I have seen a worker with a yellow, reflective Street Department vest mowing this property so I don't know who should take care of the disposal of the couches and cushions scattered across the lawn. I wanted to bring it to your attention. Please contact me with any questions. Thanks.
House is listed for sale. No residents. Lawn is too high and needs to be cut.
