Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. Are you able to take any action that would remedy this plight or if this is simply a civil matter please let me know what steps I should take to address the problem myself. Icy, snow covered sidewalk made it difficult for walking in front of Micro Motors drive. Also a problem around the corner on Grimes at the other entrance to Micro Motors.

For last three weeks, a lot of trash & glass has been thrown in rain channel running along sidewalk in fron of the house on corner of N Dunn & 20th, blue siding. We are just down from it & with rain coming some is going to be washed down, not sure about all the glass. Tried to inform rental agency, no reply.
