Hi, There's a fair amount trash at the curb at 128 S. Clark that's been there for weeks. (The front of the house actually faces Fourth St., and that's where the trash is, on Fourth). I don't think any of it has trash stickers, so I can understand why it hasn't been picked up by the city. It's an eyesore, though, so I was wondering if the city can do anything to encourage the owner or renter to deal with it. Not sure if anyone is living in the house; it appeared to be under renovation last fall, and some of the trash looks like stuff left over from the work on the house. Abandoned house; excessive grown on un-mowed lawn at intersection.

It is my intention to develop my 5 vacant lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that with 1305 W. 11th the way it is. The yard has become a junk yard. It is deplorable. Construction material. Bicycles, trash, rubbish, yard waste, scrap and detritus stacked on the front porch. Regardless of the section of town, this property absolutely destroys any kind of surrounding property value. Please force a cleanup.

My neighbors at 1317 W 6th have not taken their trash out for months. It's in both the front and back yard and smells terrible!

Trash barrels left out near road past the pick-up date. A mattress has been left out for at least three weeks. Attempted to call sanitation and was told they need to contact HAND.

They have not mowed their yard in 2 months. It's nothing, but weeds. On our lease it says we must mow once a week. They have junk laying around. I have contacted management & they do nothing.

Our neighbor's house is radiating terrible smells. I think they are stock piling trash or kitty litter yet again (see the history of this house). I saw a pile of something near their back door.

My neighbors have built up a huge pile of trash over the winter. This happens all the time - they will not take their trash out and it stinks up the entire neighborhood until the city gets involved and fines them or cleans up the property. The trash is in the back and front of the house.

My neighbor at 1305 W 6th moved in last July and has not cut his grass since that time. It is long and very overgrown.
