The bump out curbs are a hazard to vehicles because they are not well marked in advance of approach. Vehicles are flattening tires and could cause a hazard to pedestrians from loss of control of the vehicle.
Overgrown weeds and plants are blocking the sidewalk in front of 904 W. 4th St.
The intersection at north 10th, Smith road, and Russell road is one of the most dangerous in Bloomington. I believe there needs to be a traffic light there to allow people to turn from Smith Road. It's almost impossible for drivers coming off Smith Road to turn either right or left onto 10th or Russell, especially during rush hour traffic. Visibility is poor because 10th street curves in unusual ways at that intersection, and none of the two-way traffic wants to yield. Bus traffic from 10th Street compounds the problem. Overgrown bushes are obstructing part of the sidewalk on N Woodlawn Avenue.
Please reference closed uReport ticket 198993. The issue hasn't been resolved. The drain is still packed with mud and the trash has been moved off the drain a few inches away.
AEG was working again in our tree plot yesterday. The storm drain just west of our house, at the alley, is caked with mud and trash. This is the third time they have dug in this plot and the third time they have left a mess. We aren’t cleaning it up this time.
Difficult to get through sidewalk on NW corner of this lot because of weed growth stemming from vines on a tree on this property and also a tree in the ROW that is proximate. Because the trees are so close to each other, the overgrowth of the vines from them is hindering pedestrian passage between them. Property is owned by IU (as per Elevate).

Pothole on Walnut St. is very deep and there were no signs. I turned onto Walnut from 11th street and there were no warnings for the pothole. My car bottomed out and cracked the front bumper and broke clips to where it is hanging. I parked to look at the pothole and walked up the street and took pictures, showing that there are no signs, and to show that this pothole is very deep, roughly a 2" drop. This incident occurred on Sunday August 23, 2015.
