The sidewalk on Moores Pk. between Bittnerwoods and Shadow Creek has a section that is impassable due to the grown of plants hanging over a dilapidated fence. It will only become more dangerous as wet and icy weather approach.
Pieces of trash scatteredd all over lawn. Also rolled up rusted wire fencing right next to sidewalk.
Now that we all are more or less used to our new trash cans, it is time to educate the Bloomington residents about trash can etiquette: don't leave them on the sidewalk all the time.
