- Case Date:

this is a correction for the pothole I reported last week. It is not in front of 1707 E Second, but 1807. Right now it is covered by snow, but it will re-appear soon enough. Thanks.

i am 60 yrs old. spent hours shoveling my walks and driveway so I could get out of my house today. City piled up three feet of snow balls in front of my driveway and I can't shovel it again. 815 N Blair Ave. Any chance someone can come and move them?
Hello, Two weeks ago, it snowed three times in one week. After this, the City came through my neighborhood, West Point, and cited residents at least twice for not shoveling snow. After this recent snowfall, again there are some residents that have not shoveled even though it has been 24 hours since the accumulation of snow. I have noticed a lot of people shovelled this time, but not all. In particular, the resident at 815 S. Larkspur Lane never shovelled those three times before, was cited twice with yellow papers on their door (which are no longer there, thus they probably saw the citations), and have not shovelled this time. Based on their recent inactivity, I presume they don't intend on shovelling. Please help again by sending someone to the West Point neighborhood, in hopes that people will--if not learn how to be considerate of others--find incentive to shovel so they won't be fined. Thank you very much for all the help!
Again, the sidewalk on the north side of 2nd at Rose needs clearing. Very dangerous to walk on the street there. Also, the sidewalk is blocked just north of Eastside on 2nd is blocked.
Could the alley/connector at North Orris Drive, between 11th and Cottage Grove be ploughed? It always has been in the past, but wasn't after this last snow. Thank you!
Our next door neighbor wanted us to shovel snow away from their mailbox since the snow was plowed in a pile in front of it. It was assumed my son's car was parked in the cul de sac however he hasn't parked there when severe weather hits. I am not in the best of the health to shovel it away. Can someone from the city just plow it away from their mailbox and to the right of their driveway where no one parks? I mean the best to the city plow services but the neighbors think its our responsibility to shovel it and I beg to differ. Please direct me on this issue. They are a relatively young middle aged couple and are quite capable of handling this without blaming us. Deepest regards, Stacy
You have failed today with street snow removal for going home trafic. There is no excuse. W What's wrong w with your management. Failure~ i
Olcott Park trail is snow plowed regularly. The paved connector path on the from the east side of the Olcott Park trail loop down to S. Mill Stone Way is not being plowed and causing a safety hazard. Multiple people have fallen when the snow melts and refreezes. This is only another 100 feet of trail and would only take an additional minute or two to plow. Also, the paved connector path between Olcott Park loop trail and the Jackson Creek Middle School parking lot never gets plowed either. No way for kids in the neighborhood to get to the trail safely from the school parking lot. Could the snow plow operator please take an additional few minutes to clear these two small sections that connect to the Olcott Park loop trail! Thank you!
We would like to request this tree be removed or relocated to a different area. It is blocking our sign and property. It is by the road past the sidewalk. 3211 E 10th St.
The sidewalks along North Walnut street north of 10th street heading under the train tracks are covered in snow and ice, and have probably not been cleared since the first snow a couple weeks ago. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic through here, and having these walks cleared would be nice. The west side sidewalk under the tracks hasn't been cleared at all, and on the east side parts of the walk are cleared, but a large mound of snow was deposited in the middle of the sidewalk, forcing pedestrians into Walnut street to get around.
