low hanging tree branches and bushes blocking sidewalk. one branch looks dangerous.

There is an grayish (unpainted), stand-alone curb in the corner of the village pantry parking lot and 3rd st. Between the flat grayish surface of the parking lot and the flat grayish surface of the sidewalk. I understand this is to deter cars from cutting through the parking lot but I now know THREE PEOPLE who have BROKEN BONES because of this curb. Two were pedestrians ans one was on a bike. This curb is a HAZARD and should be at the very least PAINTED YELLOW to reflect this and hopefully prevent further accidents. Thank you.

Neighbors used recycle cans as trash cans and it was not picked up. Trash has overflown onto sidewalk and resident parking lot.

Please correct me if I am wrong, when the sidewalk and utilities were placed on the outside of the west wall of the Covenanter Cemetery, the city was to take care of that area. It is a jungled mess. I am happy to spray the area and get rid of all the icy and other miscellaneous “greenery” but would like to know if that is our responsibility first. Thank you

Hello - as of 9:30 PM on May 31st, there's a very large tree limb that appears to have come down during today's storm that is completely covering the sidewalk and some of the street at the corner of Hillside and Palmer. I tried to move it but it's too large for one person. Thanks!

But it’s been well below freezing and there shouldn’t be standing water. I didn’t observe anything like this in the spring, summer or fall. I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. I wanted to report this now that I realize what is going on. I placed a stake with orange flagging tape in the area where it seems like water is coming to the surface. Thanks for looking into this.
