Ornamental grass completely obstructs sidewalk, and forces pedestrians to walk on uneven ground. Very dangerous in the early morning when it's dark and the ground is not visible. I nearly fell here this morning.
Hi, I'd like to report a sewer problem. There is a steady stream of water flowing out of a manhole. It leaks across the sidewalk and then onto Rogers where it flows into the storm sewer drain. It's on the northeast corner at the intersection of South Rogers and Coolidge. I just wanted to alert the utilities department about the issue. Thanks.
The sidepath along the bypass hasn't been cleared of snow.
There is still storm debris blocking a public sidewalk. People including children and those with motorized chairs are walking in Rockport for about a bock and a half. Someone is may get hurt.
I would like to request a sidewalk ramp / crossing be installed at the SE corner of Walnut St Pike and Winslow. It looks like there has previously been an accident there and now there is a concrete barricade and guard rail preventing the pedestrians from crossing. So either the pedestrian has to make a somewhat dangerous crossing there, or cross three extra times to go around and back. Thank you! Michelle Giansante

I've reported this multiple times now over the past couple months. Sidewalk along North side of East Rogers is still overgrown with vegetation, including poison ivy. At this point this has been an issue all summer. Grounds crew were out mowing and cleaning up on south High recently, but they stopped short of cleaning this section up on Rogers. To clarify, this is the sidewalk/multiuse path that runs along the north side or Rogers Road, between High up to Winding Brook Circle.
Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. This property immensely violates the City code regarding overgrowth of the yard and landscaping. In fact, the public sidewalk attached to this property that runs along 16th Street is practically impassable. There is barely a walkable path where the sidewalk should be.
Our street has not been plowed. I'm concerned about tomorrow's snow being piled on Friday's snow. Thanks.
