Website & Web Services Feedback

No offence, especially if this lands on Cliff my old friend, but the City website is really... not good. It never has been. It is nearly impossible to reasonably find anything other than departments (if you know what department you want). For example, I heard today that there are new regulations regarding fences on properties. Try to find those, I challenge you, either by navigating/guessing or by searching.
Several searches in I finally get to this page:
http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=695
"The links below..." finally sound promising... but there aren't any links below.
Also, I'm accessing the site from IU, gigabit ethernet, very fast connection to the world... and every page is painfully slow to load.
Hoping this is read as constructive criticism, as I wish it to be...
Kevin

W Ralston and Rogers has a pothole near the drain culvert on the SW side. That transition is already rough since the last Rogers St. paving, so now it's rough turning N and S on Rogers. Is this one on the list?

Caller wanted us to know there is a hole in the sidewalk on Fairview between Patterson & Allen (next to the playground at the Great Harvest Church). He said is is large enough that someone could trip and get injured.

Hello. I am uncertain who to direct these two questions. Would you please forward them to whom could answer them. I am considering retiring in your community. 1) Are we able to store our RV on our property? It is a 36' class A Motorhome. 2)My hobby is Amateur Radio Communications, as such I would like to install a tower on my property. Are there any restrictions I need to be aware of? Many Thanks...Bob

Looks like a pipe is leaking, on Gourley Pike midway between W. Cascade Ave and Kinser Pike, eastbound lane.
