Dear Government, I have been living here for about 13 years, and in this time it has become clear to me that there is a problem at the intersection between Rusgan Drive and Ramble Road West. You see this intersection has been my bus stop for years, and whether it's the dark of morning when I leave or daylight when I get back people speed right by as if there were no speed limit. This is only made worse by the fact that the intersection is half blind because it lies at the bottom of a small hill. So for the well being of myself and the children of the neighborhood I am requesting that this intersection be changed to a three way stop. I believe this would force the people of the neighborhood to drive at a more reasonable speed and therefore make my street much safer. I believe my neighbor across the street, the father of a small child, previously wrote the city requesting the same thing. I myself am just a teenager. So you know that once the problem has reached the point where a teenager takes time where they could have been doing nothing to write the city about traffic regulation, it's probably not just nothing. And considering others have written about this in the past, I frankly find it foolish to wait until someone actually gets hurt to take action. Thank you for your time and consideration, P.S. I apologize if this came across as somewhat hostile, I know whoever reads this is probably not at fault.

Southeast Park is beautiful but there are two trees in the easement on the way around the bend from Montclair heading south then west on Arden that hang out over the road. If you stay in our lane on the curve coming on to Arden at the park by the baseball diamond, you're going to clip both trees. Could they be trimmed back a bit in the road area? Thank you so much.

But it’s been well below freezing and there shouldn’t be standing water. I didn’t observe anything like this in the spring, summer or fall. I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. I wanted to report this now that I realize what is going on. I placed a stake with orange flagging tape in the area where it seems like water is coming to the surface. Thanks for looking into this. Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know. Dear Sir or Madam, We are struggling with our recycling bin regularly not emptying fully. It is only half empty today. We are not smashing our recycling down, all boxes are flat. I am not sure what is preventing it from emptying fully. If you could please send the recycling truck back by our house, we would appreciate it, and also if you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thank you.
