Someone has covered the drinking fountain furthest from the parking lot (nearest the swings) in dog poop. The dog bowl portion of the fountain is especially covered.

Water Preasure is over 100 psi as measured with a water preasure gauge at this address. Plus the tap water has a lot of floating debris in it. Please look into this issue.
Sidewalk along Landmark has no curb ramp on one end for wheelchairs and power chairs to get on and off. And on the other end which was just redone really has no curb ramp either. You might be able to drive an RC car on it that how narrow the flat spot is. You cant drive a chair up on it because its not flat. People in wheelchairs and Powerchairs are avoiding this and going the wrong way down the street towards 3rd in a blind curve. Its only a matter of time before a car rounds that blind curve to find a wheel chair user in the lane also heading towards them. We just had a girl stuck out there today trying to get on the sidewalk but couldn't. Somebody is gonna get hit. Please let us know how we can help you help this matter. Best Wishes, Kevin. intersection at Sare and Rhorer. If turning left onto Rhorer it's very difficult if not impossible to see around the car to your right that's turning onto Rhorer. Also, cars coming down the hill on Rhorar, to the left are very fast. Should be 4-way stop or traffic light.
Persistent water coming up in roadway - non emergency

The sidewalks on our street are dangerously raised. This issue was first reported about two years ago, and we also notified city crews in person when they were here for other work on our street. The sidewalks are used daily by children in our cul-de-sac, which makes this a serious safety concern. Additionally, tree roots are growing under the sidewalks and into our front yard. Our lawn care provider even expressed concern that his equipment could be damaged by the exposed roots. These issues require immediate attention from the city. Could you please let me know—via email or phone—how you intend to address this matter at your earliest convenience? Thank you for your prompt attention.
Parking meters in this parking lot are not working, i.e., you cannot pay fees using parking meters. A lot of people leave their cars without paying because they see that the meters are defective. Then, it becomes, a classic scam: meters do not work - people have no way to pay - people leave their cars and get a ticket - appeal gets rejected and people have to pay fees. There is a difference between people not paying parking fees and people not being able to pay because the parking equipment was faulty, see the scam scheme above.
No water to the house, Bill is paid in full, not sure what the issue is.
