The residents at 2998 S Sare Rd. are letting their garbage pile up in at the back of their driveway. This has been going on for several weeks and nothing is being done about it, so it's becoming more and more of an eyesore. The house is a rental. I don't know the owner's name. See attached pic.

The gravel alley just south of hunter between Highland and Ballentine has had its gravel washed away. There are big potholes and cars bottom out. This is the only way we can get into our driveway. Can the city either grade it level or put a top layer of gravel.
In the winter it becomes impassible for some vehicles

There is a piece of metal in a tree sways in the wind, a potential hazard for people and vehicles off That Road just west of Rogers. There are two smaller pieces in the greenery south of this location one before the roundabout on the trail and one west of it toward Victor Pike.

There is a huge pothole in the Monroe Convention Center auxiliary parking lot, just west of the b-line trail, and just north of the paved road that connects the two parking lots.
