Duke Energy finished cleaning the vegetation in the utility easement located on 5th street, now the homeowner needs to remove all of the invasive species: Asian bush honeysuckle, privet, winter weed and white mulberry to name a few. This is in the back of the property facing 5th and is past the utility easement.

excessive weeds growing in front yard, hanging over the road, blocking full road access for cars/pedestrians. weeds about 3 foot high. Looks to be between 2601 and 2615 e dekist.
Also present are various items on display in a stand at 2601 e dekist, looks to be trash/refuse and easy to blow off the stand into the road, polluting the neighborhood. There is also food produce displayed here with no refrigeration or container, encouraging rodents/vermin and rotten food items near where children play.
I am concerned this resident is not keeping up to city living standards and the 'communal living' center that seems to be run here is suspected of having more than 3 unrelated adults living here. If other residents are held to a city-defined standard, so should this address.

Approximate location. Poison Hemlock in ROW, infringing upon the asphalt. There is no room for a pedestrian to step out off the road without getting tangled up in the brush. No picture this time. Chronic issue in this location.

Poison hemlock infestation along the 4th St walking path between S. Jefferson and S. Roosevelt St in Green acres. This is not the only location of such an infestation of this poisonous invasive in Green Acres. There is also a tree of heaven established here. Lack of maintenance is chronic in this location. In general, lack of maintenance enforcement per city code of ROW and Utility Easements in Green Acres is, in my humble opinion, the reason that those of us who try to maintain our lawns, gardens, and outdoor living spaces, are in a constant losing battle against these invasive species. Sigh.

Trash on Clark next to house is now putrid.

Copious trash at stated address. See picture. Normal occurrence at the end of the academic year. Perhaps a pre-emptive friendly end of school year reminder to renters and property management is in order, with elevated fines based on volume or severity of the violation.

Attempted occasional renovation work at 101 S Jefferson St is leaving the structure open for weeks at a time. There is clear line of sight from 5th street into the main structure. I believe there is a permit displayed. The climbing vines are covering the openings faster than the construction crew.
