Couch left in front of 817 N. Washington St., plus piles of garbage already ripped open by raccoons alongside house. These items have been here for a couple of weeks and it appears that the tenants have moved out for the summer. I have photos of both but it appears it will only let me upload one, so I chose garbage. Couch is clearly visible to the street.
Trash piled up AGAIN alongside alley, bags ripped open by animals, trash blowing onto neighboring properties.
Large pikcup truck regularly parks in backyard accessed via alley.
