820 north Washington trash piles up behind house
Huge garbage pile on 12th Street side of property. Note: not all this garbage originated at this address. Some came from 209 E. 12th, some from 207 E. 12th. None of it is tagged.
Several houses in neighborhood recently emptied out and the tenants put all their trash in a large pile on 12th Street outside this house. Who is responsible for removing it? Some addresses involved were 201, 207 and 209 E. 12th Street.
Trash bins on sidewalk
Trash bin on sidewalk
Recycling bin on sidewalk - has been there for weeks.
Dead animal of some kind, couldn't tell what it was because it was quite decayed. It's kind of off to the side of the road/up on the curb on the right hand side (if you're facing toward Walnut St). Mentioned it to a city employee in one of those white trucks with the blue City of Bloomington emblem on the doors nearby, but figured I'd lodge it here as well.
Overgrowth blocks street sign at 12th and Washington.
Couch left in front of 817 N. Washington St., plus piles of garbage already ripped open by raccoons alongside house. These items have been here for a couple of weeks and it appears that the tenants have moved out for the summer. I have photos of both but it appears it will only let me upload one, so I chose garbage. Couch is clearly visible to the street.
