This light has been on and off for sometime now. It is dark outside early in the morning and we would appreciate it very much if the light could be fixed to be on when it is dark out Rev. Ernest D. The alley between Kirkwood and 6th street, connecting Elm and Waldron, is becoming increasingly impassable by trees and shrubs growing into it.

The alley between Kirkwood Avenue and Sixth street that connects Waldron and Elm needs the vegetation trimmed to clear the alley for vehicles to pass.

Damage from recent storm. Treekeeper Site ID 38515, Kentucky Coffeetree. Unsure as to integrity, so wanted to check, especially as the cuts were made by a passerby during the storm (as the downed branch was blocking Kirkwood traffic). More photos available to send, too.
