Rev. Ernest D. Butler Park Park side near the baseball diamond, at the corner of 9th and Williams Street Several member of the gym at 417 S. Elm Street run on 9th Street early in the morning. This light has been on and off for sometime now. It is dark outside early in the morning and we would appreciate it very much if the light could be fixed to be on when it is dark out Rev. Ernest D.
