Greetings, Starting around 2a on April 4, a horribly obnoxious ringing began filling the air near the hospital. It is running non-stop, and is rather painful to the ears. Is it the IU Health hospital? If not, what else is doing this, and is it possible to have it stop? Thank you!
The Elm tree behind our backyard by the S Adam road side appears to be dry/dead this summer. More than half of the tree had been removed by the City a few years ago due to broken branches and icing in winter. Can the City come check/remove the tree before it cause any damage? Thank you.
Last night someone spray painted a large "Fuck You" on the side of the house. Also a mark on the stop sign. Also a penis on the road at Larkspur and Greentree. BPD was informed.
