One of the stop signs is missing at the corner of Clark and 7th. It is the sign on the east side of the intersection that stops westbound traffic. The other 3 signs appear to be intact.
A business has moved into the former Sterling Glass building at this address. They have placed a large blue dumpster on the lawn at the west edge of their property. According to 20.05.067 of the UDO this dumpster is supposed to be enclosed and on pavement. The property is zoned CG.
Trash cans sitting by street for the last two weeks
Trash lying on roadside in bags and piled on porch for last couple weeks.
Trash and trash cans lying on street-side of sidewalk. Habitual offenders.
Party trash from last weekend on this and neighbor to the west properties.
There is new graffiti on the Art-Painted phone box at Rogers and Third. SW corner.
I went to vote early this morning, and I noticed at least ten campaign signs right next to the stairs to an entrance to the polling location at 445 N. Union St.
This is MY third complaint about this house. I know for a fact other neighbors have complained too. This house is a total junky mess: yard a disaster, junk, old boxes, debris piled everywhere. Backyard never touched by a mower. I cannot believe you can not make them clean this place up. I wonder what they are doing in this house. I will take pictures if I need to.
Plastic temporary party fence is strewn all over yard and has been for a couple weeks. Neighbors house is also affected.
