Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.

In the utility room of the home where the water heater, furnace, washer, and dryer is kept there is mold covering the walls aprox 40% of the room. As i, Cameron Riddle have asthma it has began to affect my breathing and im having to use my rescue inhaler more frequently. I have made multiple reports to the landlord Jeff Jones abouts via phone call and he has never made it a priority to come take care of it. I would like for someone to come and inspect this due to it being a direct health hazard to myself and to my family. Thank you

Sidewalk is in great need of repair. Can the landlord's rental permit be revoked (or at least not renewed) until the sidewalk is repaired?

This house is notorious for looking crappy. The "lawn" is rarely cut/maintained. It is now beyond overgrown.
