Malfunctioning Traffic Walk Signal. Hasn't gone off/stopped talking since the storms on monday. The signal is at the intersection of 17th street and Fee Lane.

Hey! I am wondering who is responsible for clearing the multi-use trail all along Bloomfield Rd? I thought it's the city's responsibility but it seems inconsistently cleared. I've walked that path three times now to get to and from work and there hasn't been much change in the past few days. Just wanted to check in about that! Thanks!
