Hello I had a question regarding business and golf carts. I am in the process of establishing a transportation company that provides rides around Bloomington on golfcarts. There is trash and debris piled behind garage (at alley) and along west side of house at 1018 E University St. The pile behind the garage has been there for many months. I believe the residents have moved out.

I don't know if this is a city, IU, or even state issue, but the storm sewer just north of the entrance to the IU Outdoor Pool on Fee Lane is completely clogged. This creates a pool of standing water that covers the east sidewalk and part of the road. It's a possible breading ground for mosquitos. It also forces pedestrians to walk on the road since the west sidewalk is closed due to construction.

What is the plan to address the lack of east/south thoroughfares in town? Have never lived anywhere where there are essentially zero two lane over 30 mps routes to cut through town. Causes neighborhood congestion, long commutes, more accidents and pollution, etc. We don't need many but we need SOMETHING! We're not THAT small of a city. Look at your peers. Thank you.

I know you have been working on this, but at this point, there is no way to do a ureport on a mobile device. Only a couple of the categories show up and you can't scroll inside the page like on the desktop version (which... I don't understand why that is a thing in the first place). It's frustrating because I never remember to make reports once I get to a computer, and have to sync photos from my phone before doing it when I do remember.
