Large downed tree limbs (storm damage) blocking part of culdesac on Grasstree Court
This property has trees/shrubbery taking over up to 75% of the sidewalk. Yesterday I watched an elderly woman try to navigate past it and it was very difficult for her.

There are constantly Kroger shopping carts obstructing the B-Line trail as the trail runs alongside the 2nd street Kroger. Can Kroger be asked to keep the trail clear? If these carts were in the road they would be taken care of.

Is this kind of signage legal? They must have used a ladder to get these signs on the utility pole. Just wondering! They are on E High Street on the north-east side of the intersection with E Second. The other side of the pole has a yellow Walking Children sign.
The middle LED street light over the sidewalk and pedestrian bridge alongside Country Club just west of Burger King is out. There are three lights along this walking and riding sidewalk and bridge, and the middle one has been out for many months.
The intersection at north 10th, Smith road, and Russell road is one of the most dangerous in Bloomington. I believe there needs to be a traffic light there to allow people to turn from Smith Road. It's almost impossible for drivers coming off Smith Road to turn either right or left onto 10th or Russell, especially during rush hour traffic. Visibility is poor because 10th street curves in unusual ways at that intersection, and none of the two-way traffic wants to yield. Bus traffic from 10th Street compounds the problem. Thanks for helping!!
