Someone in the houses behind the Bloom apartments is constantly burning their trash. It causes a foul odor and makes it hard to breathe. It impossible to enjoy nice days because the smell is so bad. It poisons the air. Can someone find out who is burning their trash and make them stop?

There are several street lights out from the intersection with Adams on the west until the intersection with Rogers on the east. There are out here or there or appear to be very dim. I have seen our "pink" street lights go from normal brightness to dim even sometimes as I am passing one. What causes this? Does this mean I should try to report it? There is a very large pothole in the alley that connects 2nd Street with Hunter. It is next to the sidewalk that runs parallel with and next 2nd st.

Would it be possible to have a NO OUTLET sign posted at the corner. We get many cars turning into our street as people think it goes through as a short cut. Thank you.

The asphalt has collapsed next to the sewer drain and water is flowing into the sewer through the hole, eroding the area under it. (This is the second drain in this neighborhood I have reported for the same issue. It seems the contractor might have used less-than-standard practices in preparing the street drains here.)
