Re: #165767
metal trash cans and car tire are not on his private property, according to Street Department. Also, the City never gave up right of way to alley before Habitat Street was paved, but property owner converted area to private use. He did the same thing with the Indiana RR right-of-way, but the RR cleared all of his junk out.
City code prohibits open containers and trash being scattered. City code prohibits cans left on City Streets.

Tenant recycles for a living, but he stores stuff all over his front and side yards. He also relocates bicycles and scooters. It detracts from the beauty of the neighborhood.

The leasing office and pool building of Woodbridge Apartments has restrooms you can get trapped in.
There are two restrooms, one mens and one womens, that connect to the exterior (on the pool side) and the interior (on the leasing office side). During normal business hours you can easily enter and exit the restrooms without a key from the interior, leasing office, side. You can also enter the restroom without a key from the pool side, but in order to return to the pool you must use a key that tenants have been given.
This creates an environment you can get trapped in. Once the office is closed, it is impossible to leave the restroom through the door that is normally unlocked during the day. If you accidentally enter from the pool side without having a key, once the door closes you'll be trapped until someone finds you.
Surely this is unsafe and not up to code. I'm reporting this anonymously as I am a tenant and do not want to cause trouble with the landlord.
Thanks for your time.
