A grocery shopping cart filled with garbage (and various unidentified personal items) was left abandoned in the roadway between 914 N Fairview St. and 915 N Jackson St, and in the back of 620 W 13th st. Cart first noticed morning of 7.6.
Waste, ruined furniture, and trash bags piled beside and scattered around the dumpster for at least a week, littering the road, attracting rats and flies. The Dorchester Townhomes complex repeatedly and persistently makes their trash everyone else's problem. Are there ways the city can help them clean up their act? Thank you!

Several households (four I think) have stacked storm damage debris on the south side of Sheridan directly across from 1315 Sheridan.
