There is an ongoing issue with overgrown vegetation and lack of mowing on Sudbury Drive. This area has not been maintained for an extended period of time resulting in tall grass, weeds, and encroaching plant growth. This was a problem last year and Sudbury Drive has not been mowed even once this year. The excessive vegetation is obstructing sidewalks, reducing visibility, and contributing to an overall unkempt appearance of the neighborhood. I ask that the city address this problem as soon as possible.

The lawn has not been mowed since 2024, resulting in grass that is over 14 inches tall. The house is located right next to the Park Ridge East community park, and local children have expressed fears about playing there due to the "scary house." This property is a rental unit, and the front gutter is almost entirely hanging from the roofline into the yard, giving it an abandoned appearance. The neighborhood has attempted to assist, but the house remains in poor condition. Other residents are currently trying to sell their properties or have attempted to do so without success. Potential buyers admit to looking elsewhere because this house, prominently located on the corner, is in full view of the park. Can someone please help? cannot see address but located around 210 s. Hillsdale. They dumped a year ago truckloads of dirt in the front and have done nothing with it the yard is often overgrown. This looks bad for the neighborhood and is obvious not being cared for. Can nothing be done to make them restore this to a house that fits into the neighborhood. I am sure you cannot dump weed and tree trunks filled dirt in the front yard and do nothing about it. Please get on this because it affects our property values. You cannot miss the dirt in the front yard
