None of college mall sidewalks clear. Many pedestrians forced to walk in the street

Bus 9 drove right passed the stop around 9:05 a.m. There was a group of people waiting at the curb and they just drove right by. Didn’t say it was a full bus or anything on the sign at the top. Some missed class and exams!

College Mall Road has about one and a half lanes plowed in some areas, which is not safe. This causes cars to have to weave over into the fully clear lane. Additionally, those waiting for the bus are standing in the road due to snow. This adds an additional safety hazard. Please plow both lanes and rhe shoulder area so it is safe for all motorists and pedestrians. Thank you.

A woman (probably IU student) had to walk on College Mall Rd. on the east-side from Buick Cadillac Blvd to the bus stop beside the Old National Bank. It was very dangerous for her, I was in a car driving towards her and slowed down 'till she got to the bus stop and could stand on the curb. Because of the snow plowing College Mall is narrower than usual. Could the City or Old National Bank remove the snow from the sidewalk at a minimum from the intersection at Buick Cadillac to the bus stop?

Sidewalk in front of Old National Bank hasn't been shoveled. Pedestrians having to walk on the road making it a very risky situation. Bus stops need to be made accessible.

The button for signal to turn green (when walking from marathon gas station to Wendy's) is not responsive (probably broken) which causes issue while crossing the road for pedestrians.

The sidewalk along the east side of College Mall Road along most of College Mall Road between East third and Moores Pike needs to be cleared of snow to allow for safe passage and for safe use of city bus stops.

WB traffic from Mall parking lot not given GREEN signal for straight & right turns; left turn signal functioning. N, S & E bound traffic functions normally, just no WB given Green light. Sat through 3 cycles at approx. 7:00pm.

There have been motorcyclists and other vehicles gathering in the empty Macy's parking lot at night for months. They are very loud and sound like they are doing tricks, driving very fast, revving engines, etc. This is a dangerous safety issue. It's also very noisy for the apartments and neighborhoods nearby.
