Hello, I manage Winslow Farm Community Association. The owners in Sweetbriar are complaining about homeless living in the woods between their houses and Graham Drive. This area is actually owned by the City - parcels numbers 53-08-09-405-010.000-009 and 53-08-09-405-009.000-009. Could the City please clear out the brush so it's not easy for people to hide here? 1018 W First Street: unkempt lawn and unkempt porch. A disgrace for the neighborhood.
Neighbor has allowed bushes in front yard to grow excessively, and sidewalk has not been cleared of large sticks, etc, forcing pedestrians to move off the sidewalk to pass by. Hate to complain about stuff like this but when you pay to be in an HOA its nice to be able to walk on your sidewalk (:
The empty parking lot next to our First Presbyterian Church - I think the address is 210 East 7th Street - has not been mowed all year. It is very overgrown.
The sidewalk on the north side of E Rogers Rd,mid-way between Spicewood ln and Sare Rd is completely obstructed by branches and bushes from adjacent properties rendering it impassable.
