Our Toyota Sienna mini-van broke down in Olcott Park this morning (Sunday, September 7). It took us several hours to determine that it is the water pump, and the van isn't worth fixing. We will make arrangements for it to be towed tomorrow morning, but are hoping to avoid a ticket for having it parked there overnight. Hope this is ok! Streetlamp at end of cul-de-sac will not stay on. Only runs for a short amount of time and then turned its self off. Does this continuously throughout the night

After the snowfall a few days ago, our leasing office did not come clean our sidewalks at 729 E. Hunter Avenue. Because of this, the snow has melted and refrozen into an invisible sheet of ice over the red brick sidewalk. This morning as I left my home, I slipped and fell very hard on the sidewalk and bruised my hip. I'm now dealing with pain in my back and hips. My emergency maintenance man has basically blown me off even after stating that I had fallen and gotten hurt, so I am reporting Jeanne Walters Real Estate.

At the corner of S. Adams St. and W. Countryside Lane, the top green part of the sign is missing, so there is no indication to a visitor what the streets names are. The silver pole is still in place.

I do not see a way on the website to give feedback so I am using this form. I would ask that you forward the information to the Sanitation Department. I was reading the proposed changes to the trash pick-up at https://bloomington.in.gov/sanitationmodernization. It states that the new rates would be $6-$18/month. This penalizes families who work hard to reduce waste. For the past decade or more we have averaged fewer than 8-10 bags of garbage a year. You are proposing that I now start paying a monthly fee whether I put out garbage or not. I will not belabor the point, but you are asking me to go from paying $16/year to, at best, $72/year. This would not appear to incent conservation in any way.
