Hello, I would like to file a formal complaint about early morning trash pickups in my area. My address is 630 N Morton Street, and it is the dumpster on the south side of the building. Usually, they come at around 6am which is manageable, but recently they have come at 4:30-5:00am which has become extremely detrimental to my sleep and overall health. The noise is daily, and it lasts around 15 minutes and is so loud that ear plugs, white noise, and rain sounds altogether do not mask it. Thank you so much for your help!

Garbage piled up inside recycling bins and on the ground, has been sitting against the south side of the house for almost a year. Not the first time this has happened at this address.

There are two deep potholes at this intersection that need to be repaired. The potholes are next to the parking lot of Royal on the Eastside where they do repairs (NOT the car dealership).
