A handicapped patient has reported tree limbs/downed trees ON/blocking the sidewalk between the apartment complexes, Stratum and the Woods, making the sidewalk impassable. Could it please be cleared? Thank you

I was at a cookout at Bryan Park this past week and noticed the orange slide near the shelter on the Woodlawn avenue side isn't very sturdy. The top of the slide where it connects to the rest of the structure only has one bolt and it looks as if it should have 4. A man there commented on how "treacherous" it was and wouldn't let his daughter play on it.

The streets were plowed very poorly, leaving only about one car-width of cleared road in many places. There are many blind hills and corners which makes this very hazardous. Also, my all wheel drive car got stuck in this snow when I moved over for a car coming in the other direction. Please replow the roads as soon as possible. Thank you.

I came over to my elderly mother house to remove snow, around noon today. The roads had already been plowed at this time. I shoveled her walk and the sidewalk in front of her home, like a responsible member of the community. All homeowners are required by law, if they are shared with a public sidewalk we have to maintain said sidewalk. I came back to over to her house a few hours later to discover a plow came to plow the gutter area. Mind you the road has already been plowed, so by plowing the small insignificant portion of the road, the driver essentially cover the sidewalk with a icy mix of snow and slush. Now, I have to remove the snow yet again because it’s even more of a hazard now. Since chunks of ice are scattered along the sidewalk. Honestly, that driver should clean the sidewalk or someone from the the city, because this is unacceptable, it created a hazard and for what? To plow the gutters!? Response is needed.

Neighbor called in to HAND to report excessive growth and that the yard is full of construction materials. Caller is concerned that the property may be abandoned and would like a Compliance Officer to drive-by. The caller said he reported this property several times last year. We had the water meter turned off due to a line break. Our plumber tells us the meter itself is shatter and will need to be replaced.

Last year we reported numerous pot holes and asphalt deterioration especially next to the gutters on Piccadilly, Westminster Way and Buckingham Drive. We were told the asphalt would be patched last year and it still has not been done. The asphalt continues to deteriorate in large chunks.
