I recently noticed a high level of chlorine in my tap water. I called Rachel Axe to issue a complaint and question the level as well as the possible formation of tetrahalomethanes from free chlorine. We also discussed the high levels of halio acetic acids and disinfectant byproducts. I urge you to please discuss making changes to the way we treat our water so it is safer. As a fellow scientist the technology today affords many opportunities to use different methods without being too costly. Thank you.

After this last boiled water advisory I am having the same problem as I did after the first one that happened a couple of months ago--still after a couple of weeks my water has a brown particulate in it that coats my toilet bowl and clogs my Brita filters. Please help!

Hello! Trying to narrow down a potential issue. Water has a skunk like smell too it this morning. I noticed it and then my wife noticed it in a separate bathroom. Are there additional reported issues in our area?

Over the past months we have been experiencing too much sediments in the water. We have reported this last year and it improved a little bit. However the issue is getting worse and worse over time. And now, today there is not even water.
