My neighbor maintains a vacant property, and has since before 2013. The backyard is a junkyard, and a rodent resort. If he can maintain a vacant property, he should have to clean up. I was riding in the Woodlawn bike lane today going south and it was full of rocks and debris. It ended up popping my bike tire. Please keep the bike lanes clean, especially on busy roads like Woodlawn where riding into the road would have gotten me hit by a car.

Where S Park Ave crosses Maxwell Lane and dead-end into Bryan Park, there a bowl-shaped depression / pothole and further on a cracked and broken rectangle pothole

Where S Park dead-ends into Bryan Park, a beaten path has eroded and is somewhat dangerous for pedestrians. Could that be filled in as it has been in the past, or maybe even improved in a more permanent way? Thanks!
