See case #205800. Deck was rebuilt and now it is in violation of setbacks. Your site only allows one picture to be uploaded. Attached is what the deck looked like before. You can drive by and see what is looks like now. When they rebuilt it they extended it almost all the way to the sidewalk, and lately it has been covered with a tent and the tenants use it to party outside in full view of everyone. This is ridiculous, but it is Brawley so it is not unexpected...
Nuisance Lights

This place was lit up like a 7-11 all night! Lights in violation of city code - unshielded, visible element causing extreme glare and documented light trespass. This is disruptive to rhythms of bats and other animals, and it is a nuisance to neighbors. Irresponsible owners. Please enforce
Inaccessible Parking

Backing into the parking spots is not accessible. It takes too long to back into a spot and other cars honk at each other. I yelled that cars behind me had to back up, and they told me to shut the fuck up. Not conducive. Please change them back to front end parking. Please bring peace back to bloomington

On the north end of Ridgefield neighborhood, all along the sidewalk that runs parallel with Kinser, the trees are hanging over the sidewalk. The residents on that end claim it is the city's responsibility. I trimmed it once this spring and am not doing it again. Make these people trim their trees. Basically 1146 thru 1126 W. Sugarberry Court
