This property neglects to take their trash to the street. It is next door to a restaurant. Their overflow trash ends up in our parking lot and on our property. The tenants are leaving 4 trash and recycling containers in the grass alongside the driveway all week, very visible from the street. This seems not to be in compliance with the UDO 20.03.030 (h) (8) A. They should move those cans into the garage or behind the house.

Water hose keeps running won't shut off

We have trash and recycling bins for 4 houses that are shared and are next to the road every Monday morning and they are never all completely emptied so there is always an overflow. We would love for our ALL of our trash to be removed every time it is picked up. If there is a problem with placement of trash bins we would love to know what we could do to fix it. We cannot just keep our trash in our houses so we just set it next to the bins because they are always full.
