Trash is overflowing containers behind house (on Fairview). There are needles on the ground a few feet from a public sidewalk where young children pass by. They have been there well over a week. No one seems to be staying at the house right now.
We have lived in our apartment for 4 years now we have been flooded 8 different times we have went to management and higher management about it and they have told us it’s not “wet” so we aren’t going to worry about it. I have a picture of the mold test we done and pictures of the moisture test that we have done as well.

I saw hypodermic needles being thrown in the trash. They go around picking up lots of then daily they go in a bucket they carry with them , After mixing the needles with trash they dump the bucket in the dumpsters. Why is this happening? How does the city not know this is happening when it is funded through the city of Bloomington..
I reside at 1909 E. Windsor Dr. Recently many of the streets in our neighborhood were repaved and speed humps were installed. However, our street from the corner of Arden Dr to the three-way stop corner of Wilton Dr were repaved but not speed humps. I am advocating for 1-2 to be installed on Windsor Dr between these two intersections. Very few autos stop at the three-way and I believe the speed hump will slow them down as they come to the Windsor & Wilton intersection and make for a much safer intersection. An older resident in the neighborhood explained how Windsor Dr at one time was a straight east-west street and the Windsor & Wilton intersection was a straight T with only one direction having a stop sign. The city, many years ago, changed this intersection to add a three-way stop and curve Windsor out so to slow down traffic. Maybe it worked, but not so much from our vantage point. I have small grandchildren that are with me a lot and I'd like the area to be safer for pedestrians. Lots of dog walkers and people walking in general and there are NO sidewalks for the most part in our neighborhood. Thank you for your consideration of this matter. Gravel/dirt obstructing sidewalk
There is a broken utility cover in this area, leaving a hole in the ground. I have placed a cone over the top of the hole to try to prevent anyone from accidentally stepping into the hole. It needs to be repaired ASAP. It appears to me to be a telecommunication type box that was recently installed during the City’s Fiber installation.
Vehicle hit something and was disabled at end of my drive/street blocking my drive. I text number on note in window with no response. Need removed asap
