The Left Turn Yellow when flashing light heading north on 45/46, turning left on to 17th has not worked in many months. Goes red and never blinks yellow while other lights are still green. Thank you!

In late night hours confirmed on weekends we are seeing hot dog carts setting up in the middle of Kirkwood which is a violation of food truck and mobile vendor codes.
The poor dog is always outside howling. Been outside during the snow storm with no shelter. Blue house in the back yard.
South side sidewalk is all ice. Very unsafe. Needs ice melt .
I was at the downtown antique mall on Monday and the meter I used is eating quarters. I put in $1.25 and got thirty minutes on the meter.
