The runoff from Dunn street continues to pose a serious problem for all houses on the west side of the street. It is a high point at Dunn and Tamarack Trail and the amount of water coming west from there has caused serious flooding problems all the way down Glendora. I have put in a triple pickup to deal with the overflow as have other neighbors but the amount of water is just not manageable coming from the top of the hill. I know that there is a plan to put in a sidewalk on the east side of Dunn and hope there is a plan for the runoff water. The attached short video is after only 30 minutes of rain causing serious flooding to my west neighbors house. I tried to attach as a zip file but the video is still too large (over 10Mb). Rain patterns are changing. My neighborhood has no storm water drainage. The water flows down from N Dunn unabated. All my neighbors and I have done remediation but the volume of water flowing across our properties has dramatically increased. All of us have experienced flooding. I have lived in my house for 21 years. I have never had a flood in my basement. I have had two in the past month. We pay every month for storm water removal in our utilities bill, but in truth all the cost has actually fallen to the home owners. Please look into this. We all feel that storm water needs to be captured at N Dunn St. I look forward to your response.

I live at 812 W 2nd St. My next door neighbor lives at 820 W. 2nd St. Her back yard is overgrown and has containers that fill with water. In warm weather these containers breed mosquitos. I can't even go outside in the summer because the mosquitos are so bad. Also, she won't cut her grass along 2nd St. She says it is flowers, but it is weeds. I have seen rats in there. Also it is a traffic hazard because cars turning on to 2nd St. from Euclid St. can't see oncoming traffic. I am also sending a copy of this email to the State Board of Health in Indianapolis.

Overgrown bamboo at 1002 W 6 St and Elm bending into sidewalks and street obstructing traffic. Bird droppings covering the sidewalk. The invasive plant has encroached on neighboring property where we live at 1004, so we are having to engage removal services and eventually install impermeable barriers at our expense. The back yard of 1002 is overgrown also, feral cats, possum and a skunk have been sited or smelled in a fallen shed which has not been cleared out. The Elm Street side of 1002 is full of debris and overgrowth and there is an unattended stagnant water feature where we hear frogs in the summer (which do attract copperhead snakes).
Someone does seem to be inhabiting the house, though we know that the owner of the house does not reside in Indiana presently.

This house has been neglected for at least the two years that I have been in the area. There is a tree branch that has fallen into the roof, causing a hole. The branch has been there for over a year and the whole has gotten bigger. The frame of the house near the front window looks 'broken.' It looks like the house is falling to the side. The lawn is completely overgrown. It has had zero attention in two years (plus?). It is out of control.
There is a van parked at the house. Every now and then the van will be moved from the driveway to the street in front of the house, but it seems like for the most part the house is abandoned. Sometimes some rather shady people come and go from that area but I don't know if they actually go into the house or not.

The yew bushes on the north side of the house on Falcon Drive/Gordon Pike not only are blocking half the sidewalk, but also are blocking the line of site when traveling north on Falcon Drive and approaching Gordon Pike. You cannot see vehicles approaching the intersection that are coming from Wickens St.
