Former Sullivan's Store building at 115 N. Washington Street. Downspouts were tagged with marker (?) The building is currently vacant and available to rent. Delivery truck blocking all accessible spots and ramp in north showers parking lot. Lady in wheelchair unable to park in accessible spots and then once parking somewhere else, unable to use ramp because of truck. Has been there for about 2.5 hours
