It is extremely hard to see incoming traffic on this street. There is a stop sign for drivers on Lincoln but not for drivers on 2nd street. As you wait in Lincoln for clearance, both tree branches on your left and parked cars on your right make it difficult to see incoming traffic.
Multiple potholes in this stretch of Lincoln, ranging from the size of a tea plate to a dinner plate. Bikers in the bike lane have to enter the car lane to avoid them. The road is also covered in gravel and debris from construction on a nearby apartment.
Caller to HAND wants to report that large furniture items and trash are in the dumpster area but not in the dumpster. She says that this happens on a steady basis throughout the property. She said she has not notified management because in the past they have not responded. She would like a compliance officer to look at all the dumpsters, especially near garage 1. Please consider installing a "one way" sign on the NE corner of Walnut/9th pointing west to indicate to drivers travelling north on Walnut that 9th is one-way west. There is already a sign on the NW corner, but that is not always seen by drivers who are intending to turn right onto 9th.
