Potential fire hazard caused by plant overgrowth. Severely overgrown grass/plants between the public sidewalk and the Henderson Crossing apartments (the building closest to the intersection of Atwater and Henderson). Several are long enough to drape over the sidewalk. There are outdoor AC/condenser units next to the apartment building, but they're almost completely covered by the grass/weeds. Some of the weeds are taller than the condenser units. General recommendation is to keep 1-3 feet of clearance around these units to prevent objects from blocking the intake for these units. Maybe there's some sort of guard preventing the plants from actually blocking the intake, but I couldn't see any - I only knew the units were there because I could hear them, they're almost completely concealed by overgrowth. Hi, I have noticed that the landscapers have been down on Shields Ridge to fix yards and put down grass seed. I need to have my yard fixed. I sent in a report a few months ago, and grass seed and straw was put down. But there are still areas of gravel and the yard is uneven from trucks being parked there. Thanks

Utilities removed trees along Graham drive. Drastically increased drainage in our yards in Winslow Farms. A ditch was to be dug in 2017....We were notified 'ran out of time to complete' last year. Needed ASAP. Worked with engineer Phil P.

I'd like to honor the late Billy Graham by changing the Bloomington roads with "Graham" in the name (i.e., East Graham Place, Graham Drive, etc.) to "Billy Graham." Billy Graham Place, Billy Graham Drive, etc. Not sure how to go about this request. Thank you for any assistance.

I inherited the home next door which is 5916 South Phyllis St Bloomington IN 47403. I am trying to sell the property but the Realtors have indicated that the condition of the neighbor’s yard next door 5918 is severely devaluating all the homes on the street. There are trucks and junk and weeds in the yard. Other neighbors keep up their yards. Thank you for helping us with this situation.We have already contacted the Monroe Ordinance violation office and they recommended we also contact your office.

While walking our dog, the neighbors (5910 S Foxwood Ln) dog (large fluffy yellow) came charging across the street, jumped and took our 80lb lab down by the neck. The neighbors dog never barked or growled, just attacked. I never heard him approaching, even with my hearing aids. My husband saw the dog charging and started yelling since this particular dog has attacked other dogs in the neighborhood. My husband jumped on the dogs, removing the neighbors dog from ours and holding it onto the ground. I ran to our dog and crouched over him in case the other managed to get free. Our son ran to the neighbors door to alert them of their dog. Amber, our neighbor, came out to get her dog and was apologetic. She is having a party and someone opened the door and the dog got out. However, this extremely aggressive and unprovoked behavior by her dog has happened before so I want this on record. I will speak to my neighbor when I calm down. We checked our dog for injuries when we got home and he seems guarded but uninjured.
